Warranty Coverage

Digiverse offers warranty coverage that reflects both the product category and the original manufacturer:

Digiverse Products:
  – 3-year standard commercial warranty.
  – Optional extension to 5 years (purchased at time of order).
  – Includes advanced replacement and free collection of faulty units.

Technovia Products:
  – 12-month standard manufacturer warranty.
  – Optional upgrade to 3 years (+15% of product cost) or 5 years (additional +15%).
  – Remains highly competitive compared to equivalent alternatives.

Product Categories:
  – Tablets & Media Players – back-to-base warranty (customer returns faulty unit for replacement).
  – LCD Screens up to 55″ – back-to-base warranty.
  – LCD Screens over 55″ & Outdoor Screens – on-site service (outsourced UK support where required).
 

Delivery & Inspection

• All Digiverse branded orders are insured up to the point of delivery.
• Customers must inspect their products within 24 hours of delivery and notify Digiverse immediately of any damage or issues.
• Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim not being covered by warranty or delivery insurance.
 

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:
a) Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, vandalism, or unauthorized repair.
b) Damage resulting from improper installation, insufficient maintenance, or use contrary to Digiverse’s instructions.
c) Normal wear and tear.
d) Any third-party software or hardware not supplied or approved by Digiverse.
 

Claims Process

To make a warranty claim, the Customer must:
a) Notify Digiverse in writing within the Warranty Period of any defect.
b) Provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
c) Return the defective Product to Digiverse if requested, in accordance with the return procedure.
 

Remedies

Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, Digiverse will, at its discretion:
a) Repair the defective product.
b) Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value.
c) Refund the purchase price of the product.
 

Preventative Maintenance

For large-format and outdoor digital signage, Digiverse strongly recommends preventative maintenance plans. Regular inspections, cleaning, environmental checks, and remote monitoring help ensure performance and may be required for extended warranty coverage.

 

Limitation of Liability

Digiverse’s liability under this warranty is limited to the remedies specified herein. Digiverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products.
 

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
 

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations.
