Warranty Agreement

Warranty Coverage

The Company warrants that all digital signage products (the “Products”) provided to the Customer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year  from the date of delivery (the “Warranty Period”). This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.  Two to five year extended warranties may be purchased at the time of original purchase. 
 

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:a) Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized repair.b) Damage resulting from improper installation or use contrary to the Company’s instructions.c) Normal wear and tear.d) Any third-party software or hardware not supplied or approved by the Company.
 

Claims Process

To make a warranty claim, the Customer must:a) Notify the Company in writing within the Warranty Period of any defect.b) Provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect.c) Return the defective Product to the Company, if requested, in accordance with the Company’s return procedure.
 

Remedies

Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, the Company will, at its discretion:a) Repair the defective Product. b) Replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished Product of equal or greater value.c) Refund the purchase price of the Product.
 

Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the remedies specified herein. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products.
 

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
 

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations.
