Shipping is free on orders over £100 within mainland UK. For smaller orders, delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Digital licences (e.g., Signagelive) are delivered instantly with no shipping charges.
What if my order is under £100?
For orders under £100, a standard delivery charge of £8.95 will apply at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days within the UK. For larger installations, delivery times will be confirmed when you place your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can arrange international shipping. Please contact us for a tailored quote.
Products & Licences
Are your displays suitable for 24/7 use?
Yes, all our professional displays are designed for continuous 24/7 operation.
What is a Digital Signange license?
A Signagelive licence is required to run cloud-based digital signage software on your display. We offer 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year licence options.
Will your products work with my existing setup?
Most of our products are designed to be plug-and-play with existing systems. If you’re unsure, contact us and our team can check compatibility for you.
Warranty & Returns
What warranty do you offer?
All Digiverse hardware products include a 1-year standard warranty, with extended warranties (up to 5 years) available at the time of purchase.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes — hardware can be returned within 30 days, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Licence products may be refunded if they haven’t yet been activated.
What should I do if my product is faulty?
Contact our support team with your order details. If the product is under warranty, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
