Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Be returned in their original packaging.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Refunds & Exchange

• Customers can request either a refund or an exchange, depending on product availability.
 Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.

• Items not returned in original condition/packaging may incur a 15% restocking fee.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except where the product is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your product arrives faulty or develops a fault during the warranty period, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Faulty items will be handled under our Warranty Policy, which may involve repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
