We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Be returned in their original packaging.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Refunds & Exchange

Customers can request either a refund or an exchange, depending on product availability.
 Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.

• Items not returned in original condition/packaging may incur a 15% restocking fee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except where the product is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your product arrives faulty or develops a fault during the warranty period, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Faulty items will be handled under our Warranty Policy, which may involve repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
